Promote only audited evidence.
Free-text literature publication is disabled. A literature datapoint must first pass the primary-source integrity gate and carry its DOI, source URL, and section/figure/table locator.
No-hallucination rule: curators do not type scientific values from memory. Promotion starts from a source-audited record. Source conflicts block promotion. AttemptDB interpretation remains separate from author-reported facts.

Promotion status: audited facts can be stored and reviewed now. Promotion into the decision graph remains intentionally locked behind a privileged curator write path so anonymous users cannot impersonate the literature-ingestion system.
